Products that do not contain the word “Custom” in their product name are digital products available for instant download.

These products are delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical product will be shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected product is compatible with their intended use before completing their purchase.

Custom Products

Products containing the word “Custom” in their product name are custom-made products or services created specifically according to the customer's selected vehicle, requirements, references, or preferences.

The estimated turnaround time for custom products is displayed on the relevant product page or elsewhere on the website.

Custom products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. ORDER PROCESS

To place an order, the customer must select the desired product and provide accurate information during the checkout process.

For custom products, the customer may be required to provide additional information, references, images, specifications, or other materials necessary to complete the order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

BikeLiveryLab cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

BikeLiveryLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect product pricing.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated on the relevant product page.

Applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, are displayed or calculated during the checkout process.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.

BikeLiveryLab reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

6. DELIVERY

Instant Download Products

Products that do not contain the word “Custom” in their product name are delivered as digital products.

After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased files through the website and/or through the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery is considered completed once the digital product has been made available for download.

Custom Products

Custom products are created specifically for the customer.

The estimated turnaround time is displayed on the relevant product page or elsewhere on the website.

Once completed, custom files will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the customer's responsiveness, requested revisions, workload, or other factors related to the completion of the order.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND DIGITAL CONTENT

Customers who qualify as consumers under applicable law may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the performance or supply of the digital content has begun, provided that the customer has given the required prior consent and acknowledgment in accordance with applicable law.

By purchasing an instant download product and requesting immediate access to the digital content, the customer acknowledges that the product may be supplied immediately after purchase and that the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once access to the digital content has been provided, where permitted by applicable law.

Where required by law, the customer will be asked to provide the necessary consent and acknowledgment before immediate access to digital content is provided.

8. CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Custom products are created specifically for each customer and may require design work to begin shortly after the order is placed.

Customers wishing to cancel a custom order must contact BikeLiveryLab as soon as possible.

The possibility of a refund depends on the progress of the order:

  • If work has not yet started, a full or partial refund may be possible.

  • If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work already completed.

  • Once a custom product has been completed, delivered, or approved, no refund will be possible.

Each cancellation or refund request for a custom product will be reviewed based on the stage of completion of the order and applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom-made products may also be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

9. CUSTOMER REVISIONS AND APPROVAL

Where revisions are included with a custom product, the specific revision process and conditions applicable to the product will be described on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing designs, files, previews, and other materials before providing final approval.

Once a design or file has been approved by the customer and delivered as a final product, BikeLiveryLab cannot be held responsible for errors, preferences, or changes requested after approval.

Any additional work requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the BikeLiveryLab website, including but not limited to designs, mockups, templates, graphics, digital files, images, logos, text, and other visual content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a product grants the customer only the rights expressly described in the relevant product description or license.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the customer.

Customers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer purchased digital files.

  • Make purchased files publicly available.

  • Claim ownership of BikeLiveryLab designs, templates, or products.

  • Copy or reproduce products for resale.

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use and provide such materials.

The customer remains responsible for the content they provide.

BikeLiveryLab cannot be held responsible for intellectual property claims arising from materials supplied by the customer.

BikeLiveryLab reserves the right to refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for carefully checking product descriptions and compatibility information before placing an order.

Where a product is intended for a specific vehicle, model, year, or template, the customer must ensure that the selected product corresponds to their intended vehicle or application.

BikeLiveryLab cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues resulting from an incorrect product selection made by the customer.

If the customer is unsure about compatibility, they are encouraged to contact BikeLiveryLab before placing an order.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BikeLiveryLab makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality digital files.

However, BikeLiveryLab cannot guarantee that products will be suitable for every possible purpose, software, printing method, material, or production process.

The customer is responsible for verifying files and ensuring compatibility with their own software, equipment, printing process, or intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BikeLiveryLab shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of its products or services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS

BikeLiveryLab reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information at any time.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, BikeLiveryLab reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive consumers of the mandatory protections granted to them under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

Consumers may also have access to consumer mediation or other dispute resolution mechanisms where required by applicable law.
