REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Digital Products & Instant Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all products available for instant download are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a digital file has been purchased and made available for download, it cannot be returned, as the customer has immediate access to the file and its contents.
Please make sure to carefully review the product description and compatibility information before completing your purchase.
Custom Products & Custom Orders
Custom products and personalized designs are made specifically for each customer and vehicle. For this reason, refund eligibility depends on the progress of the order at the time the cancellation or refund request is made.
If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible at bikeliverylab@gmail.com.

If work on your order has not yet started, a refund may be possible.

If design work has already started, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work already completed.

Once the custom design has been completed, delivered, or approved by the customer, no refund will be possible.
Each refund request for a custom order will be reviewed individually based on the current stage of the project.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you experience any issue with your order, receive an incorrect product, or encounter a problem accessing or downloading a digital file.
We will review the issue and do our best to provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Digital products and instant downloads once access to the file has been provided.

Custom-made or personalized products once work has begun, depending on the progress of the order.

Completed, delivered, or approved custom designs.

Sale or discounted items.

Gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers located in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days.
However, please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase when the customer has requested or consented to immediate access, or to personalized and custom-made products, in accordance with applicable law.
By purchasing an instant digital product and accessing or downloading the file, you acknowledge that the product has been made available immediately and that the applicable right of withdrawal may be waived where permitted by law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the transaction to appear.
