Digital Products & Instant Downloads
BikeLiveryLab primarily offers digital products.
All products without “Custom” in their product name are available as instant downloads. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive immediate access to your purchased files.
No physical product will be shipped.
Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout, as your order confirmation and download information may be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.
Custom Products
Products with “Custom” in their product name are made specifically for each customer.
The production and delivery time for each custom product may vary depending on the type of service and the current workload. The estimated turnaround time is displayed on the relevant product page or elsewhere on our website.
Once your custom product is completed, the files will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delivery Times
For instant download products, files are generally available immediately after successful payment.
For custom products, delivery times depend on the estimated timeframe displayed on the website at the time of purchase. While we always aim to complete orders within the indicated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the complexity of the project, customer revisions, or other factors.
